Data Recovery with ADRC

You can begin the data recovery process by logging your request via our Data Recovery Request Form (see data recovery procedure) or by simply calling us at 65-67739279 to speak to us. Our data recovery engineer will step you through a series of questions to determine the cause of problems and possibility of data recovery, the estimated cost and the next step to follow.

Once your disk drives arrive at our lab, we will acknowledge the receipt of drives via email or fax if you are not sending in the disk drives personally. We then will put your job on queue for the evaluation process. During evaluation, we will perform non-intrusive tests to ensure that the original hard drives are secured and not compromised in any way. Upon completion of evaluation, the data recovery specialist will contact you to inform you of the results and a price quotation for approval. See our data recovery pricing guide for more info.

Upon confirmation of price quote and successful recovery, recovered data is delivered to you in the media of your choice. In most cases, we provide CDRs or DVDRs free of charge if your data size is less than 10 GB. We could also copy the recovered data into any data drives provided by the users. In case of emergency, we can also send data back via FTP transfer or email attachment.

If your required data is not recovered satisfactorily, there will be no charge. That is one of the factors that distinguishes us from the rest.
