The username begins with xxxxxx_xxxxx. You can find it in the request form or email that you have received when you sent in a job to us. For reseller, please use the login details given to you. |
| Q2 Where do I find my password to login? |
| When we processed your job in queue, our database system will send an email notification to you with the username and password to log in. If you did not receive any email from us regarding your login account and password, or forgotten your password, retrieve your password here or call our customer service helpdesk at 6773 9277. |
