Procedures to Recover Your Data

Simply follow our two-step process:

1. Fill in and submit your data recovery request via our Online Data Recovery Request Form.
   You may print out a copy of the form for your reference. Please take note of the Request ID generated after your job submission.
   
   
2. Send in the data media to us. After submitting the request, you must send in the data media to us for evaluation. You could send in your data media to us via courier (or using our local dispatch service), attach a printed Data Recovery Request Form above together with your media or at least label the media with the Request ID. All media should be in proper packing. (View Packaging Instructions).

   If you want to send the data media to our Malaysia Lab, you may contact Jeremy at
   012-2364343 or email malaysia@adrc.net for delivery arrangement.
   
   When we have received your media, we will immediately perform a free evaluation on your media. A quotation will be generated for you within 2 days.

   If you accept our quotation and agree to proceed with the data recovery process, our data recovery engineer will start recovering the data on your media.

Our Local Dispatch Service

If you are unable to deliver your data media to us personally, you may engage our local dispatch service during the normal office hour. This dispatch service is only available for our customers in Singapore only. (Click here to request a local dispatch service)

Data Recovery Job Status Enquiry System

At ADRC, every job will be logged electronically and the customers could check the job status without even calling up our centre. This is done using our on-line Data Recovery Job Status Enquiry System.

Upon receiving the data media, an email will be automatically sent to the customers with the secured user login ID, passwords and the necessary instructions.

At every stage of the work, job progress status will be updated into the database. To check the job status, customers simply access our on-line Data Recovery Job Status Enquiry System to get the latest job progress.

Customers may save the hassle of calling up to ask about their job status as they could now check the details round the clock with just a simple browser.
