Our system engineer will do a non-intrusive initial evaluation of your data media and advise you accordingly. In some cases, we may advise further laboratory work. You will be informed of every step taken and without your agreement, we will not charge any cost to you.We do not charge any evaluation fee or any fee if the job is not recoverable. However, there will be a cancellation charge of S$50 should you decide not to complete the recovery process upon evaluation. This is not a fixed cost or evaluation fee because we only charge this fee for customer who cancels the job.
In any case, any delivery or freight charges will be borne by customers.
